DMS improves the service of checking the readiness of documents: what is changing
To find out at what stage of production of documents, Ukrainians actively use the online service “Checking the status of documents” on the official website of the DMS.
With the help of this service, you can check the status of such documents as:
-passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;
-ID-card; -temporary residence permit; -permanent residence permit; -permission to immigrate to Ukraine;
-extension of the period of stay in Ukraine.
It is important that from now on, with the help of this service, Ukrainians have the opportunity to find out about the refusal to issue a particular document, namely, after checking, the following message will be highlighted on the screen: “Denied execution of the document (date). For detailed explanations, we recommend that you contact the place of filing documents.”
