DMS forcibly expelled a person with dual citizenship of the Kingdom of Sweden - Russian Federation
During the exercise of powers to prevent and counteract illegal (illegal) migration, other violations of migration legislation by employees of the Military Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine together with officials of the UDMS in the Ternopil region, a person with dual citizenship of the Kingdom of Sweden - Russian Federation was identified in Ternopil region deration, a native of the city. According to the results of the inspections, it was established that the foreigner lived on the territory of Ukraine without legal grounds. In addition, it was established that a foreign citizen on the eve of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation troops on the territory of Ukraine took part in a meeting of the English-speaking club in the city of Kiev, where during his speech he positioned himself as a supporter of the “Russian measure” and approved the actions of the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation in relation to to Ukraine and inclined the interlocutors to the fact that the collective “West” and the United States of America are to blame for all the problems of Ukraine.
Therefore, on April 28, 2023, the employees of the sector of the organization for the prevention of illegal migration, readmission and expulsion of the UDMS in the Ternopil region and the Ternopil Department No. 1 together with the employees of the Military Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine accompanied the foreigner to the checkpoint “Shegyny” and within the framework of cooperation with the State Border Guard Service, his return to the country of origin was ensured and he was banned from entering the territory of Ukraine for a period of 8 years.
