DMS returned an unsettled migrant with Russian citizenship to the country of origin
During the on-site scheduled interdepartmental verification of compliance by foreigners and stateless persons with the rules of stay in Ukraine by employees of the Department of the Organization for the Prevention of Illegal Migration, Readmission and Expulsion of the Office, together with the representatives of the USBU in the Sumy region, a violator of migration legislation was found on the territory of the Okhtyrsky district - citizen Russian Federation of 1980 year of birth.
During the verification of the credentials of a foreigner, the fact of his residence without permits for the right of residence is established.
In relation to the violator, administrative materials have been compiled under Art. 203 KUPap and a decision was made to return him to the country of origin by force.
