“Children of heroes”: the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted 8 brave children who suffered from the aggression of the Russian Federation
Eight brave, brave and true young patriots of Ukraine were solemnly honored by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as part of the action “Children Heroes”. Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Kateryna Pavlichenko congratulated each winner of the event, rewarding them with valuable gifts.
Charity event “Children Heroes” took place for the second time in Ukraine. Its purpose is to celebrate and pay due tribute to children heroes who have shown courage, courage in dangerous situations. The children, who became winners of the action, suffered from Russian aggression, but continue to support Ukraine with all their might and bring its victory closer.
In particular, they noted the little champion from Chernomorsk - Alexandra Pascal. The girl lost her leg during the enemy rocket attack in the Odessa region. After a coma and long rehabilitation, Sasha is back at her favorite gymnastics workouts. Now she performs with a prosthesis instead of a leg, but still passionately dreams of Olympic gold.
Among the winners, those who, despite their young age, were not afraid of the fire and while the firefighters were on the way, saved their relatives - these are 10-year-old Nikita Savicheva from the city of Sumy and 12-year-old Poltava Alexander Demyanenko.
They also noted a special artist from Bila Tserkva. Arsena Ajubeya. The young man has autism, but he found a way to help the Ukrainian army. Arsen draws paintings and sells them with his parents, and all proceeds will be donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Talented Solomiya Reut fascinates the townspeople in Dnipro with her play on the soprano and raises money to help the army. Thanks to the girl, she managed to close more than one collection. Solomiyka admits that she wants not only to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where, by the way, her father is now, but also to popularize the game of the pipe.
The oldest winner of the action “Children Heroes” is 17 years old. Valentin Chorny was noted for the courage he showed in the first days of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. In his native village in the Kiev region there were fighters of the State Border Service, so the schoolboy did not hesitate to offer them his help, because from childhood he dreamed of becoming a military man. Together with the border guards, Valentin spent 168 days, helping to dig trenches and monitor the situation around.
Among the awardees is also a guy from Velika Dymerka, who was not fazed when the tail part of the Hurricane rocket flew into their house. Kostya Orehov brought his sister and grandfather to a safer place to escape the rubble of the house.
And the last story, which brought those present to tears, was about 9-year-old Bogdan Pechenyi from our unbreakable fortress, Bakhmut. He lost his parents in October 2022 when a Russian shell fell in the middle of a Bakhmut street. Bogdan, not believing that his relatives were no longer there, rode a bicycle at night to their place of death. Under the whistle of bullets in the most dangerous area of the city, the boy managed to do it and say goodbye to his stepfather and pregnant mother. Now Bohdan Pechyny dreams of becoming a defender of Ukraine.
All 8 participants received commemorative gifts, in particular from the Council of Europe and the Office of the Free State of Bavaria in Ukraine. And the most important gift for children was certificates for rest in the language camp in the Carpathians, where they will not only relax in nature, but also learn English.Gift certificates were provided by representatives from Study.ua.
The children had the opportunity not only to dance to the favorite songs of Ukrainian singers - Dantes and Wellboy, but also to shake the paw of the dog Patron, who also joined the greetings of the little heroes.
