“Children heroes”: Solomiyka Reut from Dnipro collects money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a game on the soprano
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine awarded 8 children within the framework of the patriotic action “Children Heroes”. The purpose of the action is to celebrate children who showed themselves during the war, help the Ukrainian army or suffered from the aggression of the Russian invaders.
Among the eight laureates is 7-year-old Dnieper Solomiya Reut. The girl fascinates with her play on the spout of everyone around. It can often be seen on the streets of the city of Dnipro.
The little musician says that she dreams not only to raise a lot of money for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also to popularize the folk wind instrument - the soprano. Now Solomiika's father is at the front, so the schoolgirl is doing everything so that the war ends as soon as possible with the victory of Ukraine. The girl has already closed many requests for volunteers and bought body armor, first aid kits and helmets for the boys at the front.
Solomiya has been playing the violin for more than six months, but she skillfully uses it and performs not only Ukrainian folk songs, but also the Anthem of Ukraine. Everyone knows her repertoire, so Dnipro residents and guests of the city willingly stop to listen to melodies and throw donuts into Solomya's piggy bank. The girl performed her songs even for the First Lady of Ukraine Elena Zelenskaya, during a festive dinner within the framework of the patriotic action “Children of Heroes”.
During the patriotic action “Children of Heroes”, the famous Ukrainian singer Anton Wellboy presented Solomia Reut with a new violin, so her musical mission will continue until the victory.
