The director of the park was suspected of opening a “cafe point of invulnerability”
The director of the Partisan Glory Park demanded 2000 US dollars from a private entrepreneur for permission to place a point of inviolability in the park with the ability to sell goods in it and provide other services to vacationers.
Employees of the Strategic Investigations Department in Kyiv, the Investigative Department of the Podolsk Police Department and the Podolsk District Prosecutor's Office have exposed the director of the Partizanskaya Glory Park to receiving improper benefits. The leader was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine during the transfer of the second part of the money to him - 1000 US dollars.
The official was informed of the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — receipt of illegal benefits by an official, combined with extortion. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a period of five to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years, with confiscation of property.
