“I thank you — everyone who cleans the Ukrainian land from traces of Russian terror” — Volodymyr Zelensky
This was stated by the President of Ukraine during the evening video address.
The head of state noted the sappers who daily defuse explosive objects throughout the country:
“Today I want to thank all our specialists who are engaged in mining. They really work on the ground. They devalue fields, territory of settlements, power lines, infrastructure... Last day 133 pyrotechnic calculations worked throughout the country. Most of all — in Kherson, Kharkiv, Donetsk regions.”
Separately, Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the sapper of the pyrotechnic works department Anton Volos and the driver-mechanic-sapper Bogdan Olshevsky from the Emergency and Rescue Squad of the special purpose of the State Emergency Service of the Luhansk region.
Also, the President noted the head of the pyrotechnic works group of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in the Kherson region Sergey Siroshtan.
In addition, Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the police officers — Lieutenant Colonel Valentin Melnik, Lieutenant Colonel Igor Pidlisny, Colonel Yaroslav Kostiv.
“In turn, groups of the explosives service — 10-15 groups — were led in the Kharkiv region. From September 22 to this time — on the territory liberated from the occupier. Very effective. Thank you!” the President said.
