Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky separately addressed the issue of the internal situation in the state during a briefing on the results of a business trip to Donetsk region.

The threats of hybrid warfare are more relevant now than ever. The departments of all departments that make up the Ministry of Internal Affairs work out all scenarios of possible development of events in the areas of their competence.

According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in fact, daily the facts of organizing paid rallies are revealed. Their organizers, in particular in the city of Kiev, are planning actions that can lead to destabilization of the situation. Therefore, the National Police conducted a series of searches of such figures.

“In fact, organizing paid rallies has become a whole business. There are “thousanders”, “centenarians”, “tens”, who for small funds (from 300 to 800 hryvnias per person) collect from several hundred to several thousand citizens. A few weeks ago, the National Police detained such organizers. Their plans included not only rallies, but also aggressive actions against representatives of the National Police and the protesters themselves,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

Ukrainian law enforcement agencies are ready to block any attempts at internal destabilization in the state. According to the Minister, now in the rear areas and in the city of Kiev, the National Police and the National Guard have been transferred to a reinforced service mode and are ready to block attempts to destabilize the internal situation.

Recall, on February 14, on the broadcast of the program “Right to Power”, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine assured that during the strengthening of the regime of carrying the service of the National Police there will be no restrictions on the constitutional rights of citizens. “Such restrictions are imposed only when martial law is introduced in the country. So far there is no talk of that. And I am sure that by uniting, we will all be able to go through this difficult time,” said Denis Monastyrsky.
