The State Border Guard Service continues to implement free WI-FI at checkpoints
In order to ensure comfortable conditions for crossing the border, the liaison officers of the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service during April deployed a network of access to high-speed and secure Internet using WI-FI technology at six checkpoints. Network name in all free_travel checkpoints.
DPSU increases the comfort, safety and speed of crossing the border through the introduction of innovations.
Currently, free access to the Internet can be used by persons crossing the Ukrainian-Polish border through the checkpoints “Krakivets”, “Rava-Ruska” and “Yagodin”, as well as those traveling between Ukraine and Romania through “Porubne”, “Krasnoilsk” and “Dyakovtsi”. Previously, access to the Internet via WI-FI appeared at the checkpoint “Shegini”.
Subsequently, high-quality Internet will work in 12 more checkpoints on the site of the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine. In particular, in May it is planned to deploy the WI-FI network in a number of checkpoints in the Transcarpathian region.
