The State Enterprise “Document” together with the GSC have started accepting citizens for the exchange of driver's licenses in Madrid
Opening hours of the center: Monday — Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
For the period of testing the systems, the service of citizens is carried out in a live queue. Registration for the electronic queue for the driver's license exchange service will be implemented during the first week of operation.
