Denis Monastyrsky: Already this week police cars “phantom” will begin to monitor order on the roads of Ukraine
This was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky on the “Details of the Week” program on the Inter TV channel.
According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the new police cars “phantom” have primarily a preventive function. Their task is to prevent delinquency and possible negative consequences on the road.
“The car is a “phantom” without identification signs and can fix many objects at the same time. The system will transmit information — and the violator will receive a fine for speeding,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
Also Denis Monastyrsky noted that the “phantom” cars will record violations of the speed regime by vehicles in both directions of traffic: both in the passing direction and in the opposite direction.
It is expected that the presence of such patrols on our roads will help Ukrainians to comply with the traffic rules and improve the situation on the roads.
