Today, August 30, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky introduced the new head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs — Mykola Rudyk.

The Minister of Internal Affairs noted that Mykola Mykolaiovych Rudyk enjoys respect in the team, has successful management experience and has proven his effective work in the previous position of the head of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Kiev, including during the martial law.

“With such a leader, the implementation of priority projects will not be “for tomorrow”, but “for yesterday”. First of all, we are talking about the problem of “buying” driver's licenses and the imperfect functioning of the electronic queue. People should feel the efficiency of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and this result can be ensured through digitalization, non-corruption, convenience and availability of service services. Forced migrants from Ukraine who are abroad need our operational support by opening mobile service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs outside Ukraine. I am instructed not to delay with this management decision and to ensure the implementation of the public demand in the shortest possible time,” Denys Monastyrsky outlined a range of priority projects.

Also, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reminded that when security challenges are facing all of Ukraine, new challenges and difficulties may arise in the field of public services.

“I appeal to all those present to be as collected as possible, to persistently go through the main test in the life of our country and to ensure the maximum stability and uninterrupted functioning of the institution,” added Denis Monastyrsky.

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Bohdan Drapyaty also congratulated Mykola Rudyk on a new career stage in his professional life. “The vision and key areas of improvement of the work of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs determined by the Minister are not new, and therefore we must propose clear steps and deadlines for the implementation of priority tasks. I have a reasonable hope that the implementation of state policy will take place systematically, qualitatively, socially and sensibly.”

On the instructions of the Minister, Bohdan Drapyaty made a number of official trips to the regions and personally proved himself as the work of territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the martial law. Therefore, his appeal also contained a critical remark about the work of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: “Impressions are heterogeneous. We will carefully evaluate the performance of managers and respond adequately to systemic complaints and appeals from citizens. I ask you to take your duties as seriously as possible.”

“We accumulate maximum efforts and direct them to digitalization of administrative services, minimization of potential corruption components in relations between citizens and representatives of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, creation of convenient and reliable services for comfortable use,” the Deputy Minister noted.

The newly appointed head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mykola Rudyk expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for his trust.

“I have full information about the activities of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The tasks set by the Minister and the relevant Deputy Minister will be supervised personally. The requirements for each manager are strict. A good result can be achieved only by the joint efforts of the whole team,” said the new head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In attendance, Denis Monastyrsky and Bohdan Drapyaty thanked the entire staff of the system of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the daily, large-scale and extremely necessary work. Wished the fastest victory over the enemy, peace, development and by all their actions to increase trust and respect for the system of bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

On the 188th day of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, when 144 service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provide services in 21 regions, the unshakable principles of operation of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs remain relevant: customer orientation, efficiency and convenience.
