Denis Monastyrsky: One of the suspects in the preparation of pseudo-rallies is Yuriy Goluban

Today, January 31, on the air of the program “Freedom of Speech” on the ICTV channel, the Minister of Internal Affairs announced that one of the suspects in the case of planning mass riots in the center of the capital is a former law enforcement officer Yuriy Goluban.

“Yes, indeed, one of the detainees is a person named Goluban, who used to be an employee of law enforcement agencies,” said Denis Monastyrsky.

The minister said that the investigation is working to establish the customers of mass riots in the center of Kiev to destabilize the situation in Ukraine.

He also said that there are other suspects in the case, but at the moment investigative and operational actions are ongoing regarding these individuals, the investigation process is ongoing.

Recall that on January 31, during a briefing, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that on January 30, people were detained in the capital who planned mass riots in the center of Kiev to destabilize the situation in Ukraine. The organizers planned to attract up to 5 thousand people, of which 1.5 thousand - “aunties”, who were supposed to arrange fights with law enforcement officers. A mandatory element of the protests was to provoke law enforcement officers and imitation of victims among the participants of the action. Butaphora blood was harvested in advance, groups of fake doctors were planned and collected.
