Disabled man who transported evaders was exposed by border guards
At the checkpoint “Krasnoilsk”, a citizen of Ukraine born in 1964 provided the act “On the establishment of care” and documents on 1 disability group. The Ukrainian went on a foreign trip accompanied by a citizen of Ukraine born in 1999.
During the verification of documents, border guards had doubts about the legality of the grounds for leaving the country. After all, border guards found out that a citizen with 1 disability group crosses the border for the third time and each time with different companions. In addition, it was established that two Ukrainian citizens of conscription age who crossed the border with him earlier did not return from abroad.
Taking into account the circumstances, the border guard refused to pass through the border to citizens and sent to the National Police a notice on the detection of signs of a criminal offense under Article 332 of the Criminal Code “Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine”.
