Can a parent get a child's passport if the mother submitted documents for registration?
We inform that one of the parents can obtain a manufactured passport of a child if, when submitting an application form for a passport to a child (under the age of 12), one of the parents determines the second parent (guardians, guardians, adult son or daughter, relatives (adults and minors)) sister, brother, grandfather, grandmother), who will receive a manufactured passport.
In addition, a manufactured passport for travel abroad, issued in the name of a person who has not reached the age of 12, can be issued to a person authorized to do so by a legal representative on the basis of a power of attorney certified in the prescribed manner.
A passport for travel abroad issued to a person aged 12 to 16 years can be issued to a person authorized to do so by a legal representative on the basis of a power of attorney certified in the prescribed manner, provided that the person in whose name the passport is issued for travel abroad is present, since during the issuance it is necessary to pass follow the verification procedure.
