The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko published in his Telegram channel operational information on the elimination of the consequences of bad weather and shelling as of 08:30
Odessa region: the units of the State Emergency Service were involved in assistance 254 times. There were 849 vehicles, including 24 buses and 17 emergency vehicles. Assistance was provided to 2498 people, in particular 162 children. 5 people died due to bad weather, another 15 were injured. On the sections of the M-05 and M-15 roads, movement is organized in reverse mode.
Nikolaev area: rescuers went to calls 66 times, pulled over 144 cars. On some sections of roads, traffic remains difficult. In the Nikolaev area 2 people died, 2 more were injured.
Effects of bad weather: 8 highways in Mykolaiv region and Kirovohrad region remain blocked for traffic. 411 settlements in 11 regions were de-energized. A total of 1,530 vehicles were destroyed. During the aggravation of weather conditions, 10 people died — in Odesa region, Kharkiv region, Mykolaiv region and Kyiv. 23 people were injured, among them there are 2 children. At the state and regional levels, there are headquarters for the elimination of the effects of bad weather.
Shelling: During the night, the enemy fired twice in Kherson — a school and private houses were damaged, 1 person was injured. Also, the invaders struck in Dnipropetrovsk region, Mykolaiv region and Kharkiv region. In Khmelnytskyi Oblast, a private house, an outbuilding and a car were damaged as a result of the falling debris of a drone.
“At this moment, air alarm sounds in a number of regions of Ukraine. If there is a danger of shelling in your region, stay in shelters,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stressed in his Telegram channel.
