Bohdan Drapyaty: The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law on Social Protection of Persons of Ordinary and Chief Staff and Conditions of Civil Protection Service
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law on Social Protection of Persons of Ordinary and Chief Staff and Conditions of Civil Protection Service, Register. №7284. This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Bogdan Drapyaty.
The purpose of the adoption of the project is to ensure proper social protection of the civil protection service members and chiefs, especially in conditions of martial law.
“The law regulates: receipt of preferential sanatorium-resort treatment; payment of one-time cash assistance in case of death (death), injury or injury, illness or disability of such persons; preservation of pension payments to persons who are re-admitted to the civil protection service during a special period”, - noted Bohdan Drapyaty.
The relevant Law regulates the same as civil servants, police officers, the right to social protection and social benefits — persons of ordinary and senior staff of the Civil Protection Service (SNS).
