About a thousand services in two weeks: a pilot “mobile” project of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was finalized in Volyn
Over the past two weeks, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has implemented in Volyn a pilot project to increase the number of public services provided in certain regions and expand the capacity of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During this time, about a thousand services have been provided.
For the implementation of the pilot project, Volyn was chosen, because here there is the greatest load on the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During July this year, more than 7 thousand services related to vehicle registration were provided in the Volyn region, while in July last year this figure barely exceeded 5.5 thousand. The demand for car registration services arose due to “zero” customs clearance, which operated for several months in a row, and the presence of a large car market.
Therefore, five mobile service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs worked at three convenient locations in the regional center of Volyn from August 15 to 27, where you could get services for registration and re-registration of cars.
Ten administrators of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Kiev regions and the city of Kiev worked here, as well as three specialists of the expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Within two working weeks, they provided about a thousand services for registration and re-registration of vehicles.
During the implementation of the pilot project in Lutsk, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a huge number of positive feedback from customers who received the services. What motivates the continuation and scaling of the idea.
