About 2600 criminal proceedings on evaders transferred to court, - Igor Klymenko
This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko in an interview with the national tele-marathon “United News”. He noted that in total, about 9,000 such proceedings have been initiated. At the same time, he stressed that the initiative here is not in the police, but in the authorized employees of the TCC.
“Initially, the protocol on the evader's violation of accounting should be drawn up by a representative of the CCC, and only then when this evader tries to change his place of residence, evades mobilization in the Armed Forces, then the TCC informs about this to the authorities of the National Police and the police, as part of criminal proceedings, investigates such facts,” the head stressed Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the Minister, the proceedings are opened under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — evasion of conscription during mobilization, for a special period, for military service by conscription of persons from the number of reservists in a special period.
