Police removed another family from the community — a disabled boy, his father and grandmother. This family lived in the village of Druzhba and was the last one left on a street destroyed by the Russians 2 kilometers from the front.
Forced evacuation of families with children continues in the frontline community of Toretsk. Risking their lives, the crew of the “White Angel” under heavy enemy fire saves small lives.
Ivanko and his mother, grandfather and grandmother lived on the ground floor of an apartment building. The last year and a half the boy lived almost without fresh air — it is scary to leave the apartment, because he often “flies”.
Ivan had no friends left — all the children left. The mother of the child also decided to leave for a safer place. On the way, Ivan tells the policemen that he wants to go to school, and most of all lessons he loves physical education and drawing.
In Druzhba village, shelling does not stop for a moment, enemy aircraft destroys everything around. There was not a single surviving house left on the street where the family lived, all the local residents left. The police persuaded the adults to evacuate and safely transported the family to the shelter. Then, with the help of volunteers, the rescued people will go to Kiev. At the moment, 16 children remain to be evacuated from the Toretsk community.
