Spartan Brigade guards are known for their efficiency and high readiness for any challenges they face. And one of the key components of success in performing tasks by servicemen is their intense and excellent training program.
Soldiers practice shooting exercises on a shooting range, improve their skills in the possession of an automatic machine gun, large-caliber machine guns, tank, ATV, RPG grenade launchers and Fort-600. Also, the guards practice working in pairs with a change of positions from the shelter.
“An important component is working in pairs, which gives fighters an understanding of how to interact with each other. They should exchange information and instructions quickly and clearly, even in combat situations. As practice has shown, such coordination manifests itself well when meeting with the enemy - a group of fighters is more effective when attacking the enemy. Also, tank crews are engaged in fire training, both in a direct direction and from closed positions. The tank remains an indispensable element on the battlefield, covering the offensive and helping the infantry units,” says the platoon commander under the pseudonym Zorya.
Military personnel must skillfully work with all types of weapons, but attention is paid to working with personal weapons - automatic weapons. They train shooting with a strong and weak hand - mastering the technique of intercepting weapons, changing the attachment and the shooting arm, because in a combat situation there are different situations and the fighters need to adapt.
“Thanks to these exercises, the fighters become more proficient with their weapons, and acquire the necessary knowledge in interaction with their comrades on the battlefield. The likelihood of an effective assault increases when troops respond quickly to threats from the enemy and ensure an advantage in situations with changing tactics on the battlefield,” adds the guard.
Continuous training and improvement of skills in the possession of small arms is a mandatory practice in the Spartan brigade. This provides servicemen with a high level of readiness and confidence in the performance of combat tasks.
