Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kiev held a meeting with persons with disabilities regarding the possibility of obtaining a driver's license of category B.

Among those present were the soldiers of the Armed Forces, who received injuries and injuries during the performance of combat tasks. They are currently undergoing rehabilitation followed by prosthetics.

“Before the injury, I was also involved in sports. I am sure that after prosthetics I will walk. To do this, you need to keep the muscles of the cortex and back in good shape. I really want to stand on my feet and look my loved ones straight in the eyes and see myself in full height. This is my dream. And of course in plans to drive a car. I plan to lead a full life, so I need to master manual control,” said one of the military.

In the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kiev, the military was told how persons with disabilities can obtain a driver's license. Also discussed how theoretical and practical exams are passed.

In addition, they tested the electronic ramp, the personnel call button and inspected the car of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is equipped with manual control. This vehicle is intended for passing practical exams of graduates of “Driving schools for persons with disabilities”.
