Russian army hit Sumy region, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv region: there are dead and wounded civilians
Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers fired 98 times on settlements in the Sumy region. As a result, 2 private residential buildings and a car were damaged.
Also, the enemy struck in the Zaporizhzhya region. As a result of the fires, a woman was injured. On August 8 at 01:03 a message was received to the Rescue Service “101” that a fire broke out as a result of shelling in one of the settlements of the Pologovsk district.
Arriving at the scene, rescuers found a burning apartment building and a summer kitchen on a total area of 80 sq.m. Firefighters quickly eliminated the fire. The 83-year-old owner of the house was injured as a result of the fire. The woman was hospitalized in a medical facility.
In Kharkiv region, as a result of Russian shelling, two dead and 10 injured are known. Over the past 24 hours, the Russians with artillery, mortars and other weapons have shelled settlements of Bogodukhov, Kharkiv, Chuguevsky and Kupyansk districts.
On the evening of August 7, the military of the Russian Federation struck with guided aerial bombs and cluster munitions on the village of Kruhlyakivka, Kupyansk district. Damaged private homes.
A 45-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were killed. Four people were injured: 46, 59 and 61-year-old men and a 60-year-old woman. They were admitted to the hospital. The 57-year-old woman was assisted on the spot. Also injured were 22 and 46-year-old police officers, 21 and 24-year-old police officers. They were taken to a medical facility.
A 63-year-old man was wounded as a result of shelling of the village of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk district. In the village of Kucherivka, Kupyansk district, the buildings of civil enterprises were destroyed. Residential buildings were damaged in the city of Kupyansk. In the village of Cherneshchyna, Izyum district, farm buildings were damaged. Investigative and operational teams, experts and explosives technicians worked at the scene.
