The Russian army hit critical and civilian infrastructure objects of the right bank of the Kherson region
The aggressor country carried out regular strikes on peaceful settlements of Kherson and Beryslav districts. On residential and critical infrastructure objects, the Russian army fired from rocket systems of salvo fire, artillery, mortars, tanks and used UAVs.
As a result of the shelling, administrative and industrial buildings, a medical clinic, residential buildings and cars were damaged.
In Shiroka Balka, a 35-year-old tractor driver came under enemy fire, who plowed a field to stop the spread of fire. One of the shells hit near the tractor, the driver died on the spot. The enemy fired artillery at Nikolaevka, wounded a 67-year-old man.
Burgunka was also under artillery fire, the police service car was damaged. Occupiers shelled suburban areas in Mykilsk, where a 77-year-old man was wounded. Russian troops once again subjected to massive shelling of Kherson, where explosions rang out around the clock.
The enemy ruthlessly tried to destroy infrastructure facilities, targeted the territory of enterprises, peaceful residential quarters of Karabelny and Dniprovsky districts. Shells damaged apartments in high-rise buildings, private houses and cars. The city center was under heavy enemy fire, where a shell hit a house, a 6-year-old girl was wounded. She was diagnosed with a mine blast injury, a shrapnel wound to her hip, back and leg.
Investigative and operational teams of territorial police units, experts and explosives experts collected physical evidence and documented the consequences of shelling, ambulance workers on the ground assisted the victims, rescuers extinguished fires and dismantled rubble. Over the past day, the police responded to 361 applications and reports of citizens about criminal offenses and other events. 10 criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 “Violation of the laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code.
