Russian army attacked civilian objects in Kherson region once again: police document war crimes
Occupation troops attacked the residential sector of settlements in Kherson and Beryslav districts. The aggressor country fired from rocket systems of volley fire, artillery, mortars, aircraft and UAVs, there are wounded among the civilian population.
In the afternoon, April 25, the Russian army again carried out an act of terror against the civilian population of the village of Kizomis, launching an air strike with guided bombs. As a result of the explosions, 14 residential buildings, farm buildings were damaged, cars, shops, garages, a gas pipeline were damaged, as a result of the attack, the church was destroyed, in which the dome, walls and windows were crushed.
Kherson also suffered round-the-clock enemy attacks. At night, the Russian army tried to destroy the infrastructure of the city with drones. The coastal areas, the center, the KhBK, Northern, Tavria and suburbs were under shelling. The damage was done to apartment buildings and private houses.
Investigators, explosives technicians and forensics worked at the sites of the attacks. The police inspected the scene, collected material evidence and recorded the consequences of the attacks.
So, over the past day, the police opened 31 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes of the Russian army in the Kherson region.
According to all the collected materials, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 “Violation of the laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
