Russian army shelled Kharkiv region: wounded woman

Today around 13:00 the occupiers shelled the city of Volchansk Chuguev district of Kharkiv region. As a result of the attack, a 27-year-old woman received shrapnel wounds. She was taken to the hospital.
Currently, an investigative and operational team, forensics and explosives technicians work at the scene. In case of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
