Russian army shelled Kharkiv: there are wounded and dead (UPDATED)
As of 17:20 the number of wounded increased to 16 people, — the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
On March 27, around 16:00 the Russian military shelled the city of Kharkiv. Civilian residential infrastructure is damaged. Earlier, one person was killed, at least 10 people were injured, and four children were among the injured.
An investigative task force, forensics and explosives technicians went to the scene. The type of weapon is established.
Currently, the police provide first aid to the victims, interview witnesses, document and extract material evidence of the crime of the servicemen of the Russian army.
For violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
