The army of the Russian Federation fired on civilian facilities in Kherson and Kharkiv region: there are dead and wounded
The Russian occupation forces continue to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine. During April 27, the invaders attacked Kherson and Kharkiv regions with various weapons, resulting in the deaths of civilians.
Thus, during the past day, the occupiers attacked the border settlements of Kharkiv, Kupyansk and Chuguevsk districts.
Lyptsy, Bugayivka, Kozacha Lopan, Volchansk, Kamenka, Petropavlivka, Dvorichna, Lyman Prochny and others were subjected to shelling.
Private households, a garage and a tractor were damaged in the village of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk district.
Private houses and a two-storey apartment building were damaged as a result of shelling in the village of Liptsi, Kharkiv district.
In addition, in the village of Tokarivka, Kharkiv district, an explosive object blew up the car “Kharkivoblenergo”. The 54-year-old driver of the car was killed. Four workers between the ages of 51 and 29 received injuries of varying severity.
Beryslav and Kherson districts were also under enemy fire. In the past 24 hours, the occupiers struck at peaceful settlements with mortars, artillery, rocket systems of salvo fire, aircraft and UAVs. Enemy shells hit civilian infrastructure, residential buildings suffered significant damage.
Russian troops dropped five guided aerial bombs on the village. Kizomys, attacked the city of Beryslav with drones. The occupiers also shelled the village. Odradokamenka, resulting in fatal injuries to an 81-year-old woman, and her 73-year-old husband was hospitalized with a mine-blast injury, traumatic brain injury, penetrating chest wound and hip fracture.
The occupiers shelled the city of Kherson around the clock, the enemy sneakily targeted residential quarters of the center, Korabel, HBK neighborhoods, coastal areas and suburbs, damaged apartment buildings and private houses, where after a series of powerful explosions, windows and shattered balconies were damaged Ni.
As a result of shelling of the coastal zone in the HBK neighborhood, a 44-year-old man was killed, a shrapnel from a shell hit his head.
While patrolling the Ostrov neighborhood, a police patrol came under enemy artillery fire, one employee was wounded.
All war crimes of the Russian Federation are documented. The police began criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
