Russian army attacked educational institution in Chernihiv region: 14-year-old child died
In Chernihiv region on Monday, May 1, Russian occupiers shelled an educational institution. As a result of the airstrike, a child was killed and two others were injured.
Law enforcement officers found that Russians targeted school premises and residential buildings. A teenager who was walking near his yard died. There are also injured local residents. Information about the victims is now being established.
Currently, the police officers of the Novgorod-Seversky regional department are collecting evidence base of war crimes of Russians.
The information is entered in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations. The police investigator opened proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of laws and customs of war).
