Assets of Belarusian and Russian enterprises worth almost 300 million hryvnias were seized
Currently, the issue of transfer of the seized property — a helicopter, an aviation turbojet engine and other aircraft parts — to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is being resolved.
Employees of the Department for the Protection of Public Interest and the State of the National Police carry out operational support in criminal proceedings initiated under Art. 111-1 (Collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Law enforcers established that before the beginning of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, several Ukrainian enterprises were brought to several Ukrainian enterprises to carry out repairs, as well as an aviation turbojet engine.
It was found that the repair work customers — the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian enterprises — supply military and other equipment for the needs of the Russian Armed Forces.
The United States Department of Finance imposed sanctions on one of the enterprises.
At the same time, the exposed Russian enterprises closely cooperate with the Federal Service of the National Guard troops and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as the administration of the affairs of the president of the occupying country.
Currently, the court has arrested an imported helicopter and aviation spare parts worth almost UAH 300 million. Measures are being taken to transfer the seized property for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine. Procedural guidance — prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General. Investigative actions are carried out on the materials of the Department for Combating Smuggling and Violations of Customs Rules of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
