The National Academy of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and Osprey Global Solutions, LLC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The agreement provides for the training of Ukrainian law enforcement officers, military and emergency services workers in the direction of humanitarian demining. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Ekaterina Pavlichenko.

“OSPREY experts will conduct theoretical and practical classes on the neutralization of explosive objects and the provision of emergency home care. Training will take place on the basis of the NAVS test site. 3 instructors have already arrived in Ukraine, we expect 7 more”, - said the deputy minister.

Also, Kateryna Pavlichenko noted that the CEO of the company “OSPREY”, General David Grange, thanked for the opportunity to take part in Ukraine's heroic counteraction to Russian aggression. According to him, the training methodology in Ukraine cannot be the same as in Afghanistan or Iraq, because our specialists have already shown a very high level of efficiency that needs to be developed.

“The implementation of a very important project is ahead. The enemy left traces on our land, but we can eliminate them,” the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs added.
