Contact the convenient service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the following documents: passport, TIN, expired driver's license.
Remember, the exchange of a driver's license, which was issued for the first time, can only be done after the expiration date, the next day or later.
During the martial law, the replacement of the driver's license is carried out without presenting a medical certificate of the established sample.
We remind you that the driver's license, which expired during the period of martial law, continues to be valid on the territory of Ukraine.
