Algorithm of actions when buying and selling cars
Step 1: Contact the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for vehicle research. This can be done either by yourself or with the buyer. The conclusion on the car provided by the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is valid for 10 days.
Step 2: Contact any convenient service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The administrator will re-register within 30 minutes.
The seller must have the following documents: certificate of registration of the vehicle
passport
taxpayer certificate conclusion of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the
vehicle
The buyer must have available documents:
passport
, taxpayer certificate
The contract of sale is drawn up directly in the Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Don't forget to pick up your copy.
After re-registration of the vehicle, the new owner receives a new certificate of registration of the car and license plates already in his name.
