All her life, Mrs. Ilona worked as a chemistry teacher in one of the schools of Uzhgorod. She raised two sons, who are now her mainstay. In her 90s, Mrs. Ilona loves to joke and is full of optimism.

However, a respectable age takes its toll and today Uzhhorodka needs special medical care — a woman moves on a cart or with the help of special walkers.

The family council decided that the best thing for Mrs. Ilona would be to go now to Hungary for treatment. The Ukrainian woman did not have a biometric passport, so she applied to the Main Directorate of the State Health Service of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region for its manufacture.

As part of the implementation of the barrier-free space project, the migrant workers carried out all the necessary procedures for documenting the identity and in the near future Mrs. Ilona will receive her new passport.
