7,742 calls have been received since the beginning of 2024 to the “Hotline” of the Commissioner for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances
The average is 91 calls per day, each of which is extremely important to us and our specialists do everything to provide everyone with a comprehensive response and the necessary advice.
Employees of the Secretariat received and provided comprehensive advice and support to 2,225 citizens.
Another 2,956 questionnaires about missing persons were received through the service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Single Window for Citizens”.
Behind these figures is the daily and painstaking work of our specialists, who make every effort to speed up the search for the missing and help with this difficult process.
