122 service centers in 21 regions of Ukraine provide services to citizens in conditions of war

This was announced today, April 27, by the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Moiseenko during a briefing in the Ukrinform news agency.

Currently, 122 service centers operate in 21 regions of Ukraine. Every week, the work of other service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is resumed. There are currently no establishments in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

“On March 14, 67 service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs resumed work. We opened them in the regions, taking into account the security component for citizens and our employees. On that day, we planned to open 68 centers, but the night before, the enemy fired a missile at the building of a service center in the Kiev region. But later, with the help of modern Starlink technology, we resumed the provision of services to citizens in the metropolitan region,” said Yevgeny Moiseenko.

For the convenience of obtaining services in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the work schedule has been changed. Currently, the establishments work for customers 6 days a week.

“We provide all services for re-registration of vehicles. For the convenience of citizens, reception is carried out without prior online registration. It is enough to contact the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and take the ticket at the terminal,” said the head of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Since the day of the restoration of the centers, more than 100 thousand services have been provided to customers, of which the most requested are:

- issuance and replacement of driver's licenses - 55 thousand;

- car registration - 33 thousand.

Yevhen Moiseenko stressed that the operability of registers and IT infrastructure was quickly restored. For citizens, an information portal of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been created, which is updated every hour. In addition, it is adapted for convenient viewing from a smartphone.
