November 11 - the first anniversary of the liberation of Kherson
A year ago, on November 11, 2022, the Ukrainian Defense Forces entered the city of Kherson.
Today, Ukraine celebrates the first anniversary of the Liberation of Kherson and the entire Right Bank of Kherson region.
It was a year ago that Ukrainian flags were again raised in an unconquered city. The enemy captured Kherson at the beginning of a full-scale invasion. It was then that hundreds of people went to pro-Ukrainian rallies, rushed at enemy tanks, drove out columns with enemy symbols without weapons. Then the Kherson people demonstrated true Cossack will and thirst for freedom.
This year has not been easy. But together we overcame all the difficulties. We stand side by side and continue to fight for the liberation of all territories of our land.
We will survive and we will surely win.
