Joint Forces Planning and Management System for Public Safety and Emergency Management

Description of the project:

 

The automated control system includes a general operational picture of the task execution zone with geospatial binding, which displays in real time the deployment of forces and means involved in measures to protect public order and/or eliminate emergencies, combines data from various sources of information, has the ability to detail the situation using a video signal, displaying the coordinates of the locations of outfits, patrols, vehicles, etc., allows dynamic control of the spatial position of forces, text messaging and provides video communication of guidance with elders in the field to complete tasks.

 

Expected results:

Automation of the processes of training forces and means to perform tasks for ensuring public safety and emergency liquidation, including planning the use of forces of the National Police, National Guard, State Emergency Service and other bodies of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and CEV, setting tasks for the protection of public order and/or the elimination of emergencies situations, collection, analysis and integration of operational data of the task area, prompt exchange of information

Automation of the decision-making process on the effective use of combined forces and means in a rapidly changing environment in order to ensure the protection of public order, prevent, localize and stop mass unrest, eliminate emergency situations.
