The draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been developed in order to bring the relevant Licensing Conditions into compliance with the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine dated March 23, 2017 No. 1982-VIII “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Use of Seals by Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” and “On Licensing of Business Activities”. |
