on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of the Procedure for Monitoring Information on the Results of Mandatory Technical Control Transmitted by the Subjects of Compulsory Technical Control to the Nationwide Database”, revised taking into account the comments and proposals submitted during the public discussion of the said project act of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we announce the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On approval of the Procedure for Monitoring Information on the Results of Mandatory Technical Control Transmitted by Subjects measures for the implementation of mandatory technical control to the national database” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act), amended taking into account the comments and suggestions provided during the public discussion.
The draft act is designed to comply with the requirements of paragraph 2 of paragraph 3 of the second subparagraph of paragraph 3 of the Amendments to the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 23, 2019 No. 46 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, and for the purpose of establishment of the procedure for monitoring, approval of samples of documents drawn up according to the results of monitoring, determination of relations between state supervision (control) bodies in the field of road safety.
