On the approval of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2021
On the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), attached.
2. The National Police of Ukraine (Klymenko I.), the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Chechotkin M.), the Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine (Deyneko S.), the State Migration Service of Ukraine (Sokolyuk M.) in case of need to prepare draft orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, do not provide proposed amendments to the Plan, send to the Ministry proposals for amendments to the Plan.
3. Heads of structural units of the Ministry's apparatus, DNDEKC (Krymchuk S.), GSC (Knyazyuk O.), National Guard of Ukraine (Balan M.):
1) if there is a need to prepare draft regulatory acts not provided for in the Plan, send to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) proposals for amendments to the Plan;
2) by December 05, 2021 to submit to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) proposals for the activity plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2022.
4. The Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) has until December 14, 2021 to prepare a draft order approving the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2022.
5. I reserve control over the execution of the order.
