On Amendments to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2019
In accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”
I ORDER:
1. To add to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2019, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 12, 2018 No. 1005, the following changes:
1) supplement the Plan with a new paragraph 11 of the following content:

Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for State Registration (Re-Registration), Deregistration of Cars, Buses, as well as Self-Propelled Machines Designed on the Chassis of Cars, Motorcycles of All Types, Brands and Models, Trailers, Semi Trailers, Motorcycles of other vehicles and mopeds equivalent to them” |
Improvement of the procedure for state registration (re-registration), deregistration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled vehicles designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other vehicles and mopeds equivalent to them (hereinafter — vehicles) and strengthening the protection of property rights of citizens by identifying the facts of destruction, forgery or replacement of unit and unit numbers of vehicles, registration and other documents submitted for the registration operation in territorial body for the provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs |
