THE ORDER

On Amendments to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Preparation of Draft Regulatory Acts for 2018

In accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” and in order to clarify the purpose of adopting the draft regulatory act

I ORDER:

1. In paragraph 6 of the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2018, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 1036 of December 15, 2017, the words “Settlement at the legislative level of the issue of registration of cars and issuance of certificates of tractor-machinists, determination of the list of administrative services provided by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” to replace with the words “Adaptation of national legislation to the legislation of the European Union by implementing the provisions of Directive 2006/126/EC, providing certain powers of the CNAC on registration (re-registration), deregistration of vehicles and exchange of driver's licenses, settlement of the issue of registration of cars and issuance of certificates of tractor-driver drivers, determination of the list of administrative services provided by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. I reserve control over the execution of this order.
