On Amendments to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2019
In accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”
I ORDER:
1. To make the following changes to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2019, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 12, 2018 No. 1005:
1) supplement the Plan with a new paragraph 10 of the following content:

Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (on the Implementation of Legislation and Determination of the List of Administrative Services Provided by Territorial Bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine)” |
Bringing the norms of national legislation into line with the provisions of the legislation of the European Union; determination of the powers of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for registration and registration of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm owners, road construction and reclamation machines, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms and issuance of a registration certificate machinist; determination of the list and cost of administrative services provided by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs |
