Approval of Amendments to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2018

To comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”

I ORDER:

1. Approve Amendments to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2018, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 15, 2017 No. 1036 (hereinafter — Amendments), attached.

2. The Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.V.) to provide the Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) in electronic form Changes to post them on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

I reserve control over the execution of the order.

Bringing the provisions of the relevant order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs into compliance with the requirements of paragraph 7 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 25, 1996 No. 1548 “On Establishing Powers, Executive Bodies and Executive Bodies of City Councils to Settle Prices (Tariffs)”.
