On approval of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2020

On the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), which is attached.

2. National Police of Ukraine (Klymenko I. V.), the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Chechotkin M. O.), Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (Deyneko S. V.), the State Migration Service of Ukraine (Sokoliuk M. Yu.) in case of the need to prepare draft orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs not provided for in the Plan, send to the Ministry proposals for amending the Plan.

3. Heads of structural units of the Ministry's apparatus:

1) in case of need to prepare draft regulatory acts not provided for in the Plan, send to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D. B.) proposals for amendments to the Plan;

2) by December 05, 2020 to submit to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D. V.) proposals for the activity plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2021.

4. Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D. V.) by December 14, 2020 to prepare a draft order approving the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2021.

5. I reserve control over the execution of the order.
