On Amendments to the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Preparation of Draft Regulatory Acts for 2018
In accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”
I ORDER:
1. To supplement the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2018, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 15, 2017 No. 1036, with a new paragraph 22 of the following content:

Elimination of social tension among carriers of dangerous goods by road, which arose due to the need, according to the requirements of DOPNV, to conduct periodic inspections of tanks installed on wheeled vehicles |
