In compliance with the requirements of Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on July 14, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedures, Approval Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2012 No. 137 and May 31, 2012 No. 512” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The adoption of the draft resolution will ensure the simplification of the mechanism of interaction of subjects of mandatory technical control of vehicles with state bodies in the field of mandatory technical control of vehicles, optimization of the procedure for maintaining a nationwide database on the results of mandatory technical control.
In addition, the draft resolution will ensure an increase in the level of objectivity and transparency during the passage of mandatory technical control of vehicles by introducing a video recording of the process of checking the technical condition of the vehicle.
