In accordance with Articles 9 and 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on March 18, 2021 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft Cabinet Resolution Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 795 of June 4, 2007 and No. 1098 of October 26, 2011" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution), included in the Activity Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the preparation of regulatory acts for 2021, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 14, 2020 No. 859.
The draft resolution was developed in order to bring into line with the legislation the list of paid services provided by the units of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the procedure for their provision and the introduction of the same approach to establishing the calculation of their cost in civil, economic, administrative cases, in executive and criminal proceedings (and those appointed by are carried out by the bodies of pre-trial investigation, the prosecutor's office and the court, and those conducted at the behest of the suspect, accused, convicted, acquitted, their defender, legal representative, victim, his representative, legal representative).
