Draft Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Requirements for Transportation of Precursors Included in List No. 2 of Table IV of the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors, Approved Post

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on August 27, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Requirements for the Transportation of Pressors, included in the list No. 2 of Table IV of the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 770 of May 06, 2000, including non-resident carriers” (hereinafter — draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/uk/ministry/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-mvs-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennya-vimog-do-perevezennya-prekursoriv-vklyucenix-do-spisku-2-tablici-iv-pereliku-narkoticnix-zasobiv-psixotropnix-recovin-i-prekursoriv-zatverdzenogo-postanovoyu-kmu-vid-06-travnya-2000-roku-770.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to fulfill the requirements of paragraph 13 of the Procedure for the transportation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in Ukraine and the execution of the necessary documents approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 17, 2008 No. 366, and the settlement of the transportation of pressors, included in the list No. 2 of Table IV of the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 06, 2000 No. 770, including carriers- non-residents, road, air, water and rail transport.
